A 5-Round Tournament!

Description: A 5 Round Chess Tournament, consisting of 40 minute rounds. Teams of 4 (ranked 1-4) from different schools will compete against one another. If a players are USCF members their games can be rated.

A & B Teams: Schools may send either one or two teams, but keep in mind; it is a $10 entry fee per team!!!!

All teams must check in and attend orientation/arrival in the Cafeteria to make sure every team is present and has enough players.

Teams must notify Frenship High of their attendance before March 4^th, with their $10 entry fee. If you back out after you pay, no refunds are available!!!! If you enter after we have a maximum number of schools, you will be entered if another school drops out.

Entry Fees: $10 per team (Including B Teams)

USCF Memberships can be purchased for $17 PER PERSON

There will also be tournament shirts available to purchase at the tournament.

Tournament Schedule:

12:00 – 12:30: Arrival/Orientation

12:30 – 1:10: Round 1

1:30 – 2:10: Round 2

2:30 – 3:10: Round 3

3:30 – 4:10: Round 4

4:30 – 5:10: Round 5

5:10 – 5:30: Award Ceremony
